This year, Madrid lost two of their best in [Angel] Di Maria and Xabi [Alonso], and despite that, he’s perfectly got the team back together. Plus, all the players talk about how brilliant he is, even the ones who aren’t playing.He’s a gentleman, a man with a lot of discipline. He likes to joke, but when he gets angry, he gets really serious. To listen to a global star like Cristiano [Ronaldo] talk so well of him makes me feel proud,” saidTancredi.
